AI credits (usage unit)

Japanese AIクレジット

AI credits are the unit an AI service uses to count how much you can use. Each plan gives a set amount per month or per day, and it goes down every time you make an image, a video or a chat reply.

AI credits are the unit an AI service uses to count how much you have used. Each job costs a different number of credits, such as one image, one video or one chat reply, and heavier models cost more. It works like the monthly data allowance on a phone plan: each plan gives you a set amount per month or per day, and it goes down as you use it. GitHub Copilot sets one credit at 0.01 US dollars and works out the cost from the number of tokens the AI read and wrote, multiplied by the price of the model. Google Flow gives 50 credits a day even without a subscription, and ElevenLabs charges one credit per character of narration as a basic rule.

Watch out Leftover credits usually do not carry over to the next day or month. GitHub Copilot and Google Flow drop what you did not use, and Suno's plan credits work the same way. ElevenLabs lets paid plans roll credits over for up to two months. Credits you buy separately follow different rules again, so try the free allowance first and then start with the smallest plan.
